Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Clarbee purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to one-time packs and to the first payment and every renewal payment of a subscription. No reason is required.

How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] with the email address used for the order and, if possible, your order number from the Paddle receipt; or
• contact Paddle directly via paddle.net or by replying to your receipt email.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. After a refund your access to the product ends.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of a payment, you may also request a refund of that payment.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
