Accessibility statement
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the free tools on clarbee.com. We design the site to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA and the European standard EN 301 549.
What we do
The pages work with a keyboard and screen readers, have visible focus, sufficient colour contrast and adapt to small screens (tested at 390 px). We check every update with automated accessibility tests and keyboard tests.
Known limitations
- Some links lead to external sites (for example EUR-Lex or national authorities) that we do not control; they may be less accessible.
- Texts in some languages were prepared with translation tools and may contain unclear wording.
- The PDF letter created by the Data Act tool is a simple document and may not be fully readable by every screen reader. You can copy the same text instead.
Report a problem
If something does not work for you, write to [email protected]. Tell us the page and the problem. We aim to reply within 5 working days and, if needed, send you the content in another format. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the market surveillance authority in your country.
