14-day withdrawal calculator for online purchases
Enter the dates of your online, phone or doorstep purchase. The tool calculates when the withdrawal period ends, the refund and return deadlines, and fills in the official model withdrawal form.
Everything is calculated on your device. Nothing you type is sent to a server, saved or tracked.
Legal basis: Directive 2011/83/EU, Articles 9–16 (consolidated text); days are counted under Regulation (EEC, Euratom) No 1182/71.
Since 19 June 2026, traders selling through a website or app must offer an easy withdrawal function there (Art. 11a, added by Directive (EU) 2023/2673). You can also use the form below or any clear statement.
Model withdrawal form
Official text of Annex I(B) to Directive 2011/83/EU. Only your data is added; the text is not changed.
What next
- Send the form or any clear statement to the trader, e.g. by e-mail, and keep a copy.
- If the trader does not refund you, contact the European Consumer Centre in your country (free).
- Your national law may give you more, e.g. 30 days after an unsolicited visit or excursion (Art. 9(1a)).
Limits: only the general rules of Directive 2011/83/EU. Not covered: financial services (Art. 16a–16e), contracts excluded by Art. 3 (e.g. package travel, real estate) and national extras. Public holidays are not detected automatically. The result is for information only.
